How you will contribute

  • Co-undertake and support the full VM project process from ideation to final execution: Brand guideline adaptation, design drawing validation, layout planning, oversees site surveys, technical detail, cost control, production supervision, installation follow up
  • Manage visual renewal orders and execution. Review visual cropping among regional market
  • Manage VM and fixture related substances for brands under Kering Eyewear group, including window display, customizations, pop up stores, trade fairs and featured brand fixture setup, oversees end-to-end project lifecycle, timeline, budget, execution quality ensuring proper project deliverables
  • Control and facilitate on time implementation with efficiency under fast-paced regional market trends via seamless coordination liaise & manage with internal trade marketing team, external client, contractor and project stakeholders
  • Provide ad hoc design / drawing support for regional creative requests, including 3D renderings, layout proposals, and presentation decks for management reviews
  • Continuously research and explore contractor / supplier for regional project support with cost efficiency

Who you are

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related discipline
  • +3 years in similar experience preferably but not necessarily in cosmetics/ fashion/ luxury industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across different time zones
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid project management capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
