Your opportunity
We are looking for a HR Operations Supervisor who is responsible for leading the delivery of end-to-end HR operational services across multiple countries within a regional Shared Services environment.
This role manages a team of HR Executives and ensures the efficient execution of employee lifecycle processes while maintaining service excellence, compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
The role requires strong regional HR operations experience, people leadership capabilities, project management skills, HRIS knowledge, and a willingness to leverage AI and automation technologies to enhance service delivery.

(A) Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Executives to deliver consistent, high-quality, and customer-focused HR services across multiple markets and brands.
- Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, establishing measurable objectives, and holding team members accountable for service delivery, data quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, development discussions, career planning conversations, and succession planning activities to support talent growth and retention.
- Champion the responsible adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools within HR Operations
(B) SEAO HR Operations Service Delivery and Case Management
- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring services are delivered accurately, compliantly, and with a strong focus on employee experience.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and leverage technology or automation to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Lead or support HR process improvement initiatives, taking ownership to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement of case management processes, knowledge articles, standard response templates, and self-service solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Act as a key escalation point for complex HRSS operational issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
(C) HR System and Data Management
- Act as Operational Subject Matter Expert for new local HR system implementations or module rollouts in SEAO
- Maintain strong governance and integrity of local HR systems and employee data, ensuring accurate records and adherence to internal controls, data privacy and local legislation compliance requirements.
- Partner closely with Kering HRIS teams, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to investigate system issues, implement enhancements, and support new functionality deployments.
(D) Project Management & Change Delivery
- Support the HR Manager, HR Operations & Systems in the review, design, and implementation of HR operations, systems, and transformation projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and resource requirements.
- Participate in global and local project activities including business requirements gathering, process mapping and redesign, impact assessments, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Partner with the HR Manager, HR Operations & Systems to drive stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities. Where required, take ownership of change management efforts by leading communications, training, adoption, and engagement activities to support successful implementation.
Who you are
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in regional HR Operations within a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, BIPO T&A or equivalent enterprise HR technologies.
- Effectively navigates uncertainty, complexity, and changing priorities.
- Strong critical thinking and sound judgement, with the ability to analyse information and make balanced decisions.
- Strong working knowledge of HR case management principles, ticketing systems, and service delivery operations.
- Experience managing high-volume HR enquiries across multiple countries and stakeholder groups within a shared services environment.
- Demonstrates strong digital fluency with the ability to leverage HR technology, data analytics, automation, and AI tools to enhance operational performance, improve employee experience, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, different countries, functions and time zones
