Your opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Tax Compliance Manager responsible for end-to-end tax compliance, governance, and reporting across multiple entities/ brands within the Shared Service Center (SSC) coverage, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
This role serves as the subject matter expert for tax, partnering closely with R2R, Statutory Reporting, Finance Business Partners, and Group Tax to manage tax risks, ensure compliant filings, provide technical tax advisory, risk management, and drive process improvement initiatives across the region.
The position reports to the Head of R2R and FP&A, Finance Shared Services, and is part of our dynamic team based in Petaling Jaya

> Intercompany transactions and recharge structures
> Transfer pricing implications
> Business initiatives, restructuring, and operational changes
3. Transfer Pricing (TP) & Intercompany Support
4. Tax Risk Management & Governance
> Group Tax policies
> Internal control frameworks and governance standards
5. Tax Audits & Authority Management
> Preparation of responses
> Coordination with external advisors
> Resolution of audit findings
6. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
> External tax advisors and compliance providers
> Group Tax and regional finance leadership
