With over 200 shopping malls across China and a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure investment, we are now expanding into the digital infrastructure sector as part of our strategic transformation toward asset-light management and new economy investments.

Backed by our strong balance sheet and deep operational expertise, we are building a portfolio of hyperscale data center (IDC) projects across Southeast Asia. With a robust domestic commercial real estate platform generating stable recurring income, we are well-positioned to become a key player in the regional digital infrastructure landscape.

What You'll Do

Enterprise Client Acquisition & Strateg

  • yLead the charge in acquiring and developing business relationships with top-tier internet enterprises (e.g., Alibaba, ByteDance, Tencent) and cloud service providers. Develop and execute strategic Account Plans covering the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification, project initiation, and bidding, through to contract finalization

Major Account Penetratio

  • nDrive and successfully penetrate the supply chains of hyperscalers. Own the end-to-end process from initial engagement to delivery and customer acceptance, demonstrating a track record of winning and delivering large-scale projects

Executive Relationship Managemen

  • tEstablish and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with CTO/CIO-level executives, infrastructure architects, and procurement leaders. Understand the internal organizational dynamics and purchasing workflows to effectively navigate complex decision-making units

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Assuranc

  • eAct as the primary customer advocate, aligning internal R&D, product, supply chain, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are perfectly tailored to client needs and that projects are delivered on time, to specification, and with successful revenue collection

Market Insight & Competitive Intelligenc

  • eCapture market intelligence and synthesize feedback on evolving energy consumption challenges, competitor positioning, and emerging customer requirements to inform product strategy and roadmap development

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information, Electromechanical Integration, Marketing, or a related fiel
  • d.5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years focused on selling data center infrastructure, cloud services, or related technology solution
  • s.Proven experience in penetrating and navigating the supplier qualification processes, technical evaluation standards, and procurement frameworks of major Chinese internet enterprise
  • s.Established network within the data center ecosystem; self-sourced client relationships with leading internet or cloud companies are strongly preferre
  • d.Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing sales tea
  • m.Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, with proven skills in deal qualification, negotiation, and stakeholder managemen
  • t.Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-border business interaction
  • s.Prior experience in the IDC industry is required.
