Key Account Executive is responsible for executing sales and marketing plans in an assigned list of customer accounts.
Job Role:
1) Sales Plan
- Plan monthly/quarterly sales campaign and activation.
- Sell in assigned promotions and promotional activities.
- Execute promotional plans and products listing.
- Monitor and report on post execution to ensure objectives are met.
- Work closely with internal Brand and Marketing teams, together with retail partners, to execute 360° brand campaigns.
2) Customer Relationship Building
- Build, maintain and retain the long-term customer relationships with established customers.
- Interact with customers in a timely and satisfactory manner.
3) Merchandising
- Ensure planograms are adhered to plan with the right stock weights.
- Maximize merchandising and shelf presence, securing secondary display as required and
- Support all merchandising efforts by identification of display location, liaison with merchandisers and help with blocks display or merchandising efforts.
4) Collection
- Ensure collection and ageing are up to date
5) Administrative
- Provide administrative support i.e. order tracking, payment request, customer claim validation, stock return, pricing maintenance & credit note (CN) submission to customers.
Requirements :
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a Key Account role, preferably with exposure to the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
