Key Account Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Executive located in Petaling Jaya. The Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. This includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, identifying opportunities for account growth, and negotiating contracts. The role demands active participation in client meetings, preparing and presenting reports, and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
