Job Description

Position Purpose

As a Key Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving LUXASIA's commercial growth strengthening retailer partnerships, accelerating sales performance, and elevating brand presence across key beauty accounts. You will combine strategic thinking, operational excellence, and a passion for beauty to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Planning, Execution & Analysis
  • Track and analyze sell-in, sell-through, and stock levels to ensure accurate forecasting and demand alignment
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing, and Supply teams to optimize performance, inventory planning, and execution quality
  • Analyze account performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities, challenges, and actionable insights
  • Retailer Partnership & Collaboration
  • Serve as the key liaison between LUXASIA and retail partners, ensuring smooth communication, strong collaboration, and strategic alignment
  • Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Education
  • Partner with retailers to plan and execute commercial activities, new launches, and brand campaigns that enhance visibility and drive conversion
  • Marketing & Retail Activation
  • Work closely with internal Brand and Marketing teams, together with retail partners, to execute 360 brand campaigns both online and offline
  • Support new product launches, retail animations, and merchandising initiatives that bring the brand story to life at every touchpoint
  • Measure campaign performance and propose improvements to maximize engagement, reach, and ROI
  • Retail & Training Excellence
  • Ensure consistent brand representation, retail excellence, and an elevated customer experience across all doors
  • Support in delivering impactful training sessions for Beauty Advisors (BAs) and retail teams

Requirements


We're looking for a passionate and driven professional who combines commercial acumen with a collaborative mindset and a genuine love for beauty.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field
  • Prior experience managing key accounts, chain stores, or beauty brands (a strong advantage)
  • Strategic & Insight-Driven: An analytical thinker who identifies opportunities and translates insights into impactful strategies
  • Collaborative yet Independent: A confident communicator and strong team player who can also work autonomously
  • Innovative & Results-Focused: Adaptable, proactive, and goal-oriented with excellent time management and accountability
  • Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with strong presentation and reporting skills
