Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge of communication between the customers and the logistic operation team.
- Maintain a close relationship with the existing customers by assisting them to use the logistic service.
- Possessed thorough knowledge in the logistics field to help to resolve the difficulties faced by customers.
- Operate the Key Account system to assist customers in placing orders, and answering customer business consultations, package inquiries as well as other questions.
- Contact branches, hubs, and other departments to solve customer needs through work orders.
- Handle the complaints from the customers and assist to solve the issues.
- Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be preferable because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience in Business Development or Key Account Management will be an added advantage.
- People-oriented as well as possess problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills
- Preferably with logistic experience.
