Job Description
- Responsible for finding and winning new customers, as well as looking after existing customer accounts.
- Manage and build strong partnerships and positive working relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and activities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options, including business opportunities for the brands by forecasting promotions and launches
- Ensure profitability & growth of the account assigned by the management.
- Achieve sales target set by the management.
- Maintains consistent market visits for sales, marketing and promotional events monitoring as well as reviews competitors activities.
- Plan and execute promotional activities with customers in line with the company's strategy and direction.
- Close monitoring on Distributors Stock Inventory, Return Stocks and Slow-Moving Items.
- Monitor accounts performance against the marketing plan.
- Provide annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals forecast.
- Execute sales plan, prepare forecast, and sales report.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Job Requirement
- At least two (2) years of sales experience in multinational FMCG companies. Experience in beauty and cosmetics would be a plus.
- Demonstrated and proven sales results.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other dialects would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
