empowering individuals and companies with smarter, regulated, and technology-driven cross

border solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Client Retention

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, issues, and service coordination.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with internal onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor client usage trends and proactively address risks or concerns.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with accountants, auditors, and corporate secretaries.
  • Build and manage a strong sales lead through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Open doors with prospective clients by arranging meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and client records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or client servicing.
  • Experience in fintech, remittance, payroll, HR solutions, banking, staffing, or related industries is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and manage relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
