Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Understand customers business needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, and business development opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and account reports.
- Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and commercial terms with customers.
- Track sales activities and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests, orders, and project updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
