We are excited to be growing our operations in Malaysia and are looking for a talented Key Account management to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
1) Manage and maintain relationships with key retail accounts (e.g. Guardian, Watsons, and other modern trade channels).
2) Negotiate product listings, promotions, merchandising activities, and trading terms.
3) Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and account growth to achieve sales targets.
4) Act as the main liaison between the company and brand principals, ensuring effective communication and business alignment.
5) Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, in-store activations, and promotional activities.
6) Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide business recommendations.
7) Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.
8) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans and operational activities.

Requirements
1) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, or FMCG/Retail industry.
3) Experience managing modern trade accounts (e.g. Guardian, Watsons, AEON, Lotus's, etc.) is an added advantage.
4) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5) Good analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
6) Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
7) Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
