Support the identification of new business opportunities to drive ShopeeFood's growth and merchant investment.
Assist in developing and executing merchant growth plans aligned with business objectives.
Conduct basic competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with merchants to support their business performance.
Proactively engage merchants to understand their needs and provide recommendations to improve sales and visibility on the ShopeeFood platform.
Support negotiations for campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Assist in curating menu selections for campaigns and platform activations.
Monitor and analyze merchants sales performance and recommend actionable improvements to boost orders and revenue.
Support the execution of co-funded campaigns, media asset packages, and in-store promotions.
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Budget & Planning) to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive merchant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce, food delivery and partnership
Effective presentation skills, backed by good business acumen
Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Proactively engage, influence and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g., Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with internal and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
