The Opportunity

This position works out of our Imazium Damansara location in the

Abbott Nutrition division. Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow, to keeping adult bodies strong and active. Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac®, PediaSure®, Pedialyte®, Ensure®, Glucerna® and ZonePerfect® – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.

As the Key Account Manager, you will establish Blueprints to key hospitals and continuously establish opportunities for Abbott business & win with breakthrough strategies that help build Abbott's credibility. You will drive usage of commercial formulas and establish nutrition screening/ assessment of nutrition care protocols.

What You'll Do

  • Initiate new ideas to stay competitive in hospital landscapes.
  • Be at the board of director office in hospitals to define collaborative opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations & facilitate protocol/ access programs.
  • Develop comprehensive hospital business plans (SWOT/PEST analysis, resource allocation etc.).
  • Conduct hospital profiling and identifying key hospital accounts.
  • Establish stakeholder mapping.
  • Implementation of in-hospital patient education to create nutrition, product awareness & trials
  • New user acquisition through hospital programs.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 7 years professional working experience in consumer healthcare or nutrition industry which involves sales management level with sufficient knowledge and understanding about Sales Systems and processes
