Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sales & Territory Management
- Achieve assigned sales quotas through the direct sale of the company's Acute Therapies products and services.
- Prioritize selling activities through effective account and territory management, including:
- Identifying key decisionmakers and buying influencers
- Understanding hospital procurement processes and ICU workflows
- Planning calls and managing time and resources efficiently
- Engage existing and prospective customers to understand clinical and operational needs and deliver targeted Acute Therapies solutions.
- Clinical & Product Expertise
- Apply strong clinical and product knowledge in Acute Therapies, including CKRT, TPE, and Anticoagulation System.
- Differentiate Vantive's Acute Therapies portfolio from competitors by addressing clinical questions, operational concerns, and therapyspecific requirements.
- Provide technical, clinical, and administrative demonstrations to ICU teams, nephrologists, critical care physicians, and nursing staff.
- Serve as a clinical resource for acute care teams and hospital stakeholders.
- Business Growth & Market Development
- Monitor sales performance against forecasts and provide insights on market potential across the assigned territory.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in ICU, critical care, renal replacement, and acute care environments.
- Support hospital adoption and expansion of Acute Therapies through stakeholder engagement and solutionbased selling.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build credibility and trust with ICU, nephrology, and hospital stakeholders through consistent, valueadding interactions.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a strong competitive position.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Clinical Education, and Operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and therapy continuity.
- Marketing & Tender Support
- Participate in major marketing initiatives, including ICU/renal symposiums, exhibitions, workshops, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely feedback to management and marketing teams regarding Market intelligence and customer insights, Product and therapy improvement opportunities and Pricing considerations.
- Sound proposals for tenders and contracts to achieve winwin outcomes
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely submission of monthly reports, including SFE and other required documentation.
- Maintain an unwavering commitment to Vantive's Code of Conduct, promoting Vantive's culture through ethical practices and positive engagement.
- Territory Coverage: Central & East Coast Region
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related healthcare discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital sales, preferably within acute care, critical care, pharmaceutical or hospital-based medical devices/therapies.
- Proven experience managing hospital accounts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and clinical stakeholders in acute care environments.
- Experience in hospital tender management and procurement processes is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth within hospital territories.
- Ability to deliver clinical product training, CME sessions, and therapy education to healthcare professionals.
- Strong ability to manage multiple product portfolios and complex hospital stakeholders independently.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and territory management skills.
