Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with major offline retailers such as Watsons, Guardian, Sasa, and other beauty chains.
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Plan and coordinate in-store activations, promotions, and seasonal product launches.
  • Oversee POSM development (e.g., posters, wobblers) to ensure strong and consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor stock levels, track sell-through performance, and coordinate replenishment and bundling strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and growth strategies to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record working with major offline retailers and deep understanding of their operational models.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
