Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager - Crypto at Monfi Digital Bank, based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts in the cryptocurrency sector. Key responsibilities include monitoring account performance, implementing tailored business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet clients needs and achieve strategic objectives is also central to the role.

• Proficiency in cryptocurrency markets and related financial technologies is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
