Job Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to hunt new enterprise mid market clients in Malaysia in selling our enterprise product including mobile line, DIA and solutions around 5G mobility capabilities. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Hunting new clients and maintain strong, long term relationship with clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor telecom solutions to meet business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address issues or concerns
  • Stay updated on telecom industry trends, products, and competitive landscape
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts and support new business development
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, forecasts, and client feedback

About You

  • Minimum Diploma or Higher Diploma, preferably Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in telecommunication or tech related industries.
  • Added advantage – Strong understanding of telecom services (e.g., mobile, broadband, enterprise solutions)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Positive and energetic personality
