KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To build strong relationships with retailers through a win-win partnership in a long-term business model
- To apply sales strategies, policies, and best practices effectively within the Key Account Sales business segment
- To develop key account strategies and achieve alignment on a three-year strategic plan and a one-year action plan
- Allocate resources, negotiate, execute, and monitor action plans.
- To ensure all items are delivered to clients in a timely and effective manner. Respond to clients needs and requests effectively while minimizing customer complaints
- Prepare monthly progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders based on key account KPIs
- Proactively arrange and facilitate meetings with other functions and clients for quarterly updates on strategic account initiatives
- To set schedule for regular visit and market walk plan
- Proactively drive the alignment of the sell in, sell through, and appropriate buy processes to manage healthy WOH seasonally
- Proactively facilitate meeting / business reviews with clients
- Support the credit function in credit related issues of assigned clients
- Able to identify the business opportunity for a new channel
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience with proven track record as Key Account Manager
- Sales experience and the ability to provide solutions based on client needs
- Account management experience in apparel, fashion, footwear, or FMCG would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Proactive, independent, positive attitude and able to work in a highly pressured and fast-paced working environment
- Capable of strategic planning, organizing, and providing a proven sales track record with a focus on growth achievement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; experience in XERP would be an added advantage
- Able to start as soon as possible
