Job Description

  • Own and manage strategic customer accounts, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers and executive leadership teams.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans through collaboration with internal technical, production, marketing, quality, and finance teams.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to increase market share and customer penetration.
  • Drive business development initiatives using market intelligence, competitor analysis, and commercial strategies.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and project execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, business reporting, and customer support while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Manage commercial risk through effective monitoring of receivables, payments, and credit exposure.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Key Account Manager Should Have

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven commercial experience in the Packaging sector.
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and customer growth objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
