Purpose of the Position:
- Drive revenue growth with select customers across all service offerings within Malaysia.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with the company's most important and high-value clients ensuring a positive customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management and Growth
- Develop strong relationships with key target customers across the decision-making matrix
- To secure and retain target client accounts through professional, consultative sales activities.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (e.g. customs clearance, warehousing, value-adding services)
- Engage and provide insights/ advisory support to customers on logistics optimization
Customer Experience
- Collaborating with product teams, Implementation resources to successfully on-board new customers smoothly
- Addressing key clients issues and complaints by working with the respective teams empowering them to deliver customer excellence.
- Represent the best interests of the product in all internal / external meetings and negotiations - One Team
- Achieve growth and profitability targets in line with pre agreed annual targets.

Sales Planning
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including customer details, sales visits, and progress updates.
- Collaborating with network and peers on joint business development activities
- Updated on Air & Ocean freight market trends, carrier rates, trade lanes and regulatory requirements
- Actively forecasting customers RFI/RFQ/RFP and managing the preparations to stand the best chance to close business.
- Design and implement strategic account plans

- You are the CEO of your portfolio
- Encouraged to make decisions up to a certain extent otherwise jointly with Malaysia management team

Educational Background/Work Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- A bachelor's degree holder or equivalent.
- Must have strong inter-personal skills and proven work experiences
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of international shipping (Air, ocean, customs regulations)
Language Skills:
Proficient in spoken and written English and either Bahasa/ Mandarin/ Tamil mandatory
Computer Literacy:
- Must be computer literate and familiar with basic software
- Proficiency in MS office & CRM Tools
