We are partnering with a leading global supply chain and logistics organization to hire a Key Account Manager who will play a critical role in managing strategic customer accounts, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with multinational customers, collaborate across diverse logistics solutions, and directly influence customer experience and account expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
Own and Grow Strategic Customer Relationships
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and business objectives to deliver exceptional service experiences.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies in partnership with commercial and operational teams.
Deliver Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the end-to-end operational performance of customer shipments.
  • Ensure service commitments, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently achieved.
  • Proactively identify risks, service gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Drive issue resolution and customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder management.
Drive Business Growth
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and value-added logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across freight, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain services.
  • Support customer business reviews, growth initiatives, and strategic planning activities.
  • Contribute to long-term account retention and revenue growth.
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews
  • Maintain reporting accuracy, data quality, and account performance visibility.
  • Support contract administration, compliance requirements, and operational governance.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, safety, sustainability, and company standards.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including exposure to customer-facing logistics or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing strategic customer accounts, key accounts, or operational customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to customers and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, SAP, or similar business platforms.
  • Fluent English communication skills are essential.
