Objective
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Key Account Manager to spearhead the Oncology operations in Malaysia. The position will be reported to Business Manager, Singapore / Malaysia and Brunei.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for the promotion of Stemline's current and future products in oncology and hematology to both existing and potential customers. The goals of this position are to support patients with new innovations, increase market share by expanding business in current ecosystems, develop and encourage strong customer relationships, build brand loyalty, and provide customer satisfaction. It is a role with an extremely high level of autonomy, empowerment, visibility, and the unique chance to influence how Menarini Stemline is positioned in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned products in assigned territories and hospitals
- Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with healthcare professionals and develop new accounts in clinics and hospitals
- Collect & synthesize large volumes of clinical, medical & scientific insights by peer-to-peer business relationships and strong scientific engagements with KEEs
- Identify the customer patients journey gap and set tactical plans
- Understand the business dynamics and build key accounts mapping capabilities
- Working on developing patient journey per account to address the drivers and barriers for the formulary inclusion and increase patient's access via targeted support program rollout in Malaysia
- Prepare call plan, sales forecast and call records and initiate effective tactical plan
- Cross-functional collaboration to provide the most comprehensive solutions for different stakeholders, in particular working closely with Marketing and Medical to develop local key opinion leaders
- Ensures full compliance in all customer engagement efforts according to Stemline's SOPs as well as local laws & regulations
Skills/Knowledge
- Degree holder or above in related disciplines
- At least 5 years sales experience in oncology (Mandatory), preferably working in breast cancer areas in Malaysia
- Good communication skills and co-ordination skills
- Work independently and keen to meet challenges and deliver results
- A strong passion and curiosity for science and innovation
