Key Account Manager to join the team.
As a
Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Implement sales strategies to meet targets and drive growth.- Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs promptly.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for a cohesive approach to account management.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market feedback.- Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure favorable terms.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management in the pharmaceutical /FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, strategic thinking and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: RM5,- 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
