You are responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts, acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and executing sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
What You'll Do
- Establish and execute sales goals and plan to support company business objectives and market share ambition.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market players, specifically metal roofers, steel fabricators, metal roof installers, and industrial building contractors.
- Drive and achieve the monthly sales targets including developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts.
- Roll out sales actions that best address customer needs and adhere to the internal processes.
- Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up, achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Key accounts analysis and monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customers need to refine sales strategies.
What You Need To Succeed
- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience within the steel/building industry will be an added advantage.
- Analytical skills, planning accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, bilingual, self-driven.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Strong network in selling related roofing products such as roof fasteners, skylights, roof ventilators, roof safety lines, roof insulation, steel structures, and cold-form steel for purlins will also be considered.
