The role is responsible for developing, executing & owning the sales strategy & joint business plan for assigned key accounts (pharmacy chains, modern trade retailers, specialty stores, dealers, or distributors). Primary role is to achieve sales & profitability target, drive brand growth for personal care (agency non-food) portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
- Act as primary high-level contract for the key account, nurture strong relationship with customer stakeholders and their internal partners.
- Sales target achievement for the assigned customers & brands.
- Propose & lead strategic initiatives to accelerate growth, category & store penetration, increase product visibility across channels (including physical & e-commerce platforms).
- Lead the Joint business planning key customers and aligned with brand's go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Successfully list in & launch new product, ensuring optimal sell through.
- Strong analytical skills, conduct regular analysis of sell in, sell out, inventory & competitors activity. Work closely with marketing team to identify gap & action plan needed.
- Conduct ROI analysis on major promotions or trade investments and recommending improvement plan.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Food Science or related fields.
- As least 8 years of relevant working experiences in Personal Care, Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical industry (OTC) or FMCG.
- Proven track record of managing & growing Key Accounts or Pharmacy chains in Malaysia
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill..
- Proficient in MS office & Power BI applications.
- Travelling is required.
