About the Role
Range Pharma is one of Malaysia's leading veterinary health manufacturers, supporting livestock producers with high-quality animal health and nutrition solutions.
We are looking for a driven Key Accounts Manager to grow our presence within the Malaysian livestock industry. This role is suited for someone who thrives on building strong industry relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering commercial results.
You will work closely with medium to large poultry integrators, feed mills, and livestock farms, helping them improve animal health outcomes while growing strategic partnerships for Range Pharma.

Key Responsibilities
Account Growth
Develop and expand relationships with key accounts including poultry integrators, feed mills, and livestock producers
Identify new business opportunities and penetrate strategic accounts within the Malaysian livestock industry
Commercial Strategy
Work with internal teams to develop sales strategies that drive sustainable account growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities
Customer Engagement
Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients
Negotiate contracts and manage long-term partnerships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with product development, technical, and logistics teams to support customer requirements
Provide market feedback to support innovation and product improvement
Performance Management
Track account performance, sales pipelines, and market developments
Represent the company at industry meetings, farm visits, and relevant events
What We Are Looking For
Experience
35 years of sales or account management experience in the livestock, veterinary, feed, or agricultural sectors
Commercial Mindset
Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new business opportunities
Industry Engagement
Comfortable working closely with farmers, integrators, and industry stakeholders
Communication
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Drive
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment
Mobility
Willingness to travel within Malaysia to meet customers and support accounts
