Join the team growing the ShopeeFood ecosystem by supporting and developing our merchant partners. In this role, you will focus on merchant growth and partnerships, where you will work closely with F&B merchants to grow their business on the platform through campaigns, promotions, and strategic account management. This position will be based in Johor Bahru, Johor.

Job Description
- Manage and grow assigned merchant accounts by tracking performance and encouraging participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and promotions.
- Drive merchant growth through co-funded campaigns and promotional initiatives to achieve monthly KPI targets, with commission incentives tied to performance.
- Build strong relationships with merchants and support them in addressing operational or sales challenges on the platform.
- Identify and develop high-potential merchants within your assigned area and convert them into ShopeeFood partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive merchant experience.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the assigned area and provide feedback to the team.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in business development, relationship management, account management or sales will be an added advantage.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification from any field.
- Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, with flexibility to travel within the assigned area for merchant visits.
- Own transport and a valid driving license are required as this is an on-ground role.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to communicate effectively and build relationships with merchants and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, other local languages or dialects is a plus.
- Able to work on-ground during peak periods when required.
