KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To establish strong relationship with retailers with win-win partnership in sustainable business model.
- To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices within the Key Account Sales business segment.
- To develop the Key Account strategies and drive alignment on 3 years strategic plan and 1 year action plan.
- Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans.
- To ensure reliable and efficient supply of products to customers. Effectively respond to customers needs and requests while minimizing the customer complaints.
- Proactively coordinate / facilitate meetings with other functions and customers with quarterly updates of strategic account initiatives.
- To establish regular customer visit schedule and market walk plan.
- Proactively lead the alignment of sell in, sell through process and ensure right buy on managing healthy WOH seasonally.
- Proactively facilitate meeting / business reviews with customer.
- Support the credit function in credit related issues of assigned customers.
- Ability to identify the business opportunity for new channel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently without a high amount of direction in dynamic organization.
- Able to perform strategic planning, organizing and provide proven sales track record focusing on growth achievement.
- Able to comprehend with Retail Metric and fundamentals, provide proven excellent record and track in key account management.
- Apparel / fashion / footwear or FMCG with sports and account management exposure would be an added advantage.
- Experienced with problem solving and resolving complex issues.
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point would be an added advantage.
