Key Highlight: Drive business growth by securing new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and growing key accounts through innovative advertising and media solutions.

Role Overview

At Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (ToYm), we are looking for a Key Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients while developing long-term relationships with existing accounts. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, presenting advertising and media solutions, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across ToYm's advertising, media, entertainment, digital services and product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, corporate partners, and decision-makers.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal pitches to promote ToYm's advertising and media solutions.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations tailored to clients objectives.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial partnerships.

• Develop long-term account growth strategies and maximize business opportunities within existing clients.

• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Production teams to develop effective client solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, account records, and activity reports.

• Represent ToYm professionally at networking events, exhibitions, business meetings, and industry functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, media sales, advertising sales, key account management, or related commercial roles.

• Proven track record in developing new business and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.

• Able to work independently while managing multiple clients and projects.

• Established business network within corporate, media, or advertising industries is an advantage.

• Willing to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.

• Able to multitask and provide support for any tasks or projects assigned by the company as needed.
