Job Description:
- Channel Coordination and Maintenance: Fully connect with local distributors, agents, cooperative merchants and other channel resources in Malaysia, cooperate with BDM to implement daily operation and maintenance after channel landing, conduct regular channel visits, communication and empowerment, sort out channel cooperation processes, solve problems in order, after-sales and policy docking during channel cooperation, maintain stable channel partnership, and improve channel loyalty and cooperation efficiency.
- Full-cycle Management of Key Customers: Be responsible for daily maintenance and in-depth operation of key major customers and high-quality B-end customers in Malaysia handed over by BDM, regularly connect with customer decision-makers and executives, accurately explore subsequent needs and potential cooperation pain points of customers, formulate personalized customer service plans, promote customer repurchase, cross-selling and incremental cooperation, and enhance customer life cycle value.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with BDM in Malaysia, synchronize customer and channel dynamics, feedback front-line market needs and competitive product information, assist BDM in optimizing subsequent expansion strategies; Connect with domestic headquarters business and product teams, convey local customer demands in Malaysia, promote products and services to adapt to the local market, and complete internal and external information closed-loop.
- Customer Relationship and Satisfaction Management: Handle daily consultations, complaints and after-sales problems of Malaysian customers, respond to customer needs quickly, improve customer satisfaction and renewal rate; Establish complete customer files and channel ledgers, regularly review customer cooperation data and channel operation data, and output maintenance reports and optimization suggestions.
- Local Market Adaptation: Be familiar with local business rules, cultural customs and business communication methods in Malaysia, avoid cross-cultural cooperation misunderstandings, adapt to the cooperation rhythm and communication habits of local customers
Job Requirements:
1、At least 2 years of brand experience in IT/consumer electronics industry
2、Understanding the consumer electronic product sales channels in Malaysia
3、Familiar with consumer electronic products and related competitive product information
4、Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay
5、Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
