We are looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager to be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This role involves understanding client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements.
- Act as the main point of communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
- Address and resolve key client complaints and service issues promptly.
- Work as the main project manager to coordinate between the company, clients, platforms, and partner agencies.
- Maintain a high level of trust and satisfaction among key clients.
- Supervise and share relevant information with assigned working teams.
- Collaborate with internal team members and partners to ensure key client needs are met.
- Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts.
- Summarize key findings and provide insights on improving client performance.Identify new strategies to increase revenue for key clients.
- Observe and analyze the market and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance client relationships and revenue streams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing key clients in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce industries.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis for client performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Able to work independently and handle ad hoc operational tasks
