Job Title: Key Account Manager
Role Summary
The Key Account Manager at Xideas is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across multi-disciplinary projects—spanning property marketing campaigns, digital platforms, visuals content, and internal business initiatives. This role ensures timelines, quality, and commercial outcomes are achieved while aligning all stakeholders toward a unified goal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
• Lead full lifecycle of projects: planning → execution → monitoring → delivery
• Translate business strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, and milestones
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, tech, and external partners
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure alignment
• Manage communication flow and eliminate bottlenecks
3. Commercial & Performance Focus
• Track project KPIs (leads, conversion, revenue impact, delivery timelines)
• Ensure campaigns and initiatives are performance-driven, not just execution-based
• Identify gaps and optimize strategies for better ROI
4. Stakeholder Management
• Manage client/developer expectations professionally
• Conduct regular updates, reporting, and review meetings
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on progress and outcomes
5. Problem Solving & Risk Management
• Anticipate risks, delays, and operational issues early
• Proactively implement solutions and contingency plans
• Maintain smooth project momentum despite challenges
6. Process & SOP Development
• Build and improve internal SOPs for scalability
• Implement structured workflows across departments
• Continuously improve efficiency and execution quality

Requirements:
Experience
• 3–5 years in project management / account management / operations
• Experience in property, marketing, tech, or agency environment is a strong advantage
Skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management
• Analytical thinking with commercial awareness
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiar with tools like ClickUp
• Good command of English & Chinese
