Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead new customer development and drive sales growth in the electronics manufacturing industry. The role requires strong market analysis skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to collaborate internally to support business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, resilience under pressure, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and the local dialect for conducting business negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve new customer development goals and new customer sales targets assigned by the company.
  2. Identify, develop, and execute sales strategies for assigned industries or customer groups to increase the potential customer base.
  3. Analyze projects within the scope of responsibility and develop sales activity goals and plans based on annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly targets to improve project success rates.
  4. Actively participate in and influence internal team collaboration to provide reliable support for assigned clients and projects.
  5. Maintain long-term client partnerships and develop medium- to long-term business plans with the required resources to enhance order potential from existing customers.
  6. Assist in streamlining and optimizing business processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Gather market intelligence on industry trends, customers, and competitors; analyze data and provide recommendations for future sales and product strategies.
  8. Complete all business reports on time as required.
  9. Comply with company business policies and the code of ethics.
  10. Follow company management regulations and operating procedures. Receive required training, improve work skills, and enhance accident prevention and emergency response capabilities. Report potential hazards or abnormalities immediately. In emergencies that endanger personal safety, employees have the right to stop work or evacuate after taking emergency measures.
  11. Perform other duties as defined in relevant manuals and process regulations.
  12. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Electronics, or related fields.
  3. More than 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or customer service in the electronics manufacturing industry.
  4. Understand PCBA production processes and be familiar with the OEM/ODM industry.
  5. Strong market analysis, judgment, and adaptability skills.
  6. Good customer service awareness.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong sense of Management by Objectives (MBO).
  9. Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, with clear communication skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations proficiently in both languages.
  10. Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude.
  11. Strong mental resilience; able to handle high workloads and customer pressure.
  12. Good negotiation skills.
  13. Good self-control.
  14. Strong team collaboration ability.
  15. Physically healthy and able to travel domestically and internationally for short-term business trips.
  16. May be exposed to factory hazards, electrostatic radiation, and electromagnetic radiation while performing duties.
