Job Responsibilities:
Driving Sales Strategy and Growth
- Be responsible for the sales strategy definition and the set-up of yearly targets and quotas
- Be the person in charge of the growth of Try and Review strategic accounts
- Be responsible for the growth of all accounts managed by your team
- Be responsible for the acquisition of new clients
- Become a trusted sales advisor/counsel on the power of User Generated Content and evangelise Try and Review's vision and positioning on the market
Leading and Developing the Sales Team
- Managing a team of Key Account Managers, who are responsible for their own client accounts
- Supporting Key Accounts by participating in client meetings and engaging other business resources as required.
- Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties.
- Coach the team regarding strategies to improve sales KPIS and processes
- Weekly reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast
Drive Sales Operations and Processes
- Build and continuously improve processes, tools and systems to monitor and improve sales performance including sales tracking reports in our CRM (Hubspot) and sales forecast
- Build in-depth training material to ensure a consistent and qualitative sales experience for all our clients
- Contribute to the improvement of product design based on client/market feedback
- Be the voice of the clients back to the Founding Team and Campaign Team to make sure Try & Review services are always in line with the client/market expectations and needs and innovation remains at the heart of the business growth
Qualifications and Skills
- Personal proven track record of exceeding B-to-B sales objectives and quota
- Experience in maintaining strong customer relationships with key accounts in the FMCG and Beauty industry such as Unilever, P&G, L'Oreal, Nestle, Kimberly Clark and more
- At least 5 years experience managing a sales team with the ability to develop a team sales pipeline with a proven track record of handling and closing a large number of transactions simultaneously.
- Amazing sales person with a strong desire and love to bring customers into the Try and Review's experience and a drive to maximise revenue.
- Subject matter expertise in digital marketing, CRM, social technologies, eCommerce and/or Web 2.0 technologies.
- Strong analytic background for both internal business analytics and consultation to clients.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with outstanding command of English for collaboration across interdependent functions/teams and consultation to clients.
- Senior presence, for both internal and client executive interactions with highest degree of initiative, courtesy and professionalism
- Ability to provide constructive feedback on products and to make suggestions for improvement.
- Passion for people - developing, mentoring, training and up leveling skills with a solid track record of building and developing highly effective sales talent.
