Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Beranang and required travel abroad frequently for a Key Account Sales Specialist. The Key Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in Account Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Ability to work on-site in Beranang and travel abroad frequently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industry is a plus
