Client: an integrated manufacturer specialising in the research and development of components, fluid application equipment, and intelligent platforms, encompassing R&D, production, sales, and service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets, analyze sales data, and develop sales plans;
- Proactively identify customer needs, build sales channels, actively acquire new clients, formulate sales strategies, and achieve sales targets;
- Develop, maintain, and manage key accounts and general industry clients, and provide customer service;
- Track the progress of target client development, review reasons for unsuccessful deals, coordinate and handle customer complaints, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys;
- Manage and maintain customer relationships, and establish long-term strategic cooperation plans with clients.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above; English must be usable as a working language (mandatory); more than 5 years of sales experience in the automation equipment industry; strong knowledge of the automation sector, non-standard equipment, market trends, and solid industry network/resources;
- Familiar with product features, functions, advantages, pricing strategies, and differentiation from competitors in the market;
- Strong capability in in-depth customer profiling, accurately reaching target clients, understanding the relationship between products, customers, and traffic, and formulating effective growth strategies;
- Ability to conduct detailed competitor analysis, identify market positioning, apply integrated marketing thinking, and independently develop client acquisition strategies;
- Proficient in Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Project, as well as mind-mapping and various design/diagram software;
- Candidates with client resources from companies such as Apple, Meta, NVIDIA are preferred
