We're currently hiring for the Key Account Manager (or Key Account Executive/Specialist – Junior Level), each focused on a different therapeutic area:

  • Oncology & Health Screening (ECD)
  • Obstetrics & Gynecology (O&G) – with a focus on Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT)


What are the Objectives of this Role

  • Support the company’s mission to expand access to innovative screening and diagnostic solutions by developing and executing key account strategies aligned with the commercial plan.
  • To be the ‘CEO” of assigned accounts by establishing companies’ solutions into the assigned territory by the approach of key account management.
  • Customer facing role to be key spokesperson of companies solutions.


What are the Responsibilities of this Role

  • Identify, map & profile key stakeholders & decision makers in the assigned accounts to implement tactics
  • Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing account
  • Maintain excellent relationship with customers by understanding their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop Key Account Management plan & territory business plan in line with business unit’s goals
  • Meet & exceed sales target by implementation of key account strategies and promoting Gene Solutions portfolio
  • Responsible for sales planning, forecasting & driving sales tactics
  • Develop sales activities in line with developed business plan
  • Work cross functionally with Medical, Marketing & Operations to support plan and implementation of solutions.

Similar experiences typically include:

  • Bachelors Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Lifescience, Biotechnology or related studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, key account management experience is preferred.
  • Desired skills: Excellent communication skills, possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking & problem based solving skills.
  • Have strong understanding of market trends
