Job Description

What Skills You will Need

  1. Minimum 1 year (for a client facing role) of experience in account management, merchantmanagement, sales, business development, partnerships or equivalent role.
  2. Experienced in the e-wallet/payment, financial institution industry is a plus.
  3. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Abilityto speak in other dialects such as Mandarin is an added advantage.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and providecomprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations (for eg:
  6. Marketing, Strategy, Grab Support, Product and Tech)
  7. Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment.
  8. Be very organized and communicate well.
  9. A highly independent individual with excellent team-working skills.
  10. Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
