We are looking for a proactive and analytical Key Account Supply professional to ensure product availability across key business channels by translating demand forecasts into effective supply plans. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, replenishment, and warehouse capacity while supporting new product launches and business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop demand and supply plans for existing products and new product launches (NPD) to ensure product availability across business channels.
- Translate demand forecasts and commercial requests into feasible supply and replenishment plans.
- Determine optimal supply quantity, replenishment timing, inventory allocation, and warehouse space requirements.
- Manage initial supply planning and allocation for new product launches to support successful commercialization.
- Monitor inventory health, including Days of Supply (DOS), inventory aging, and slow-moving products, and recommend improvement actions.
- Plan warehouse capacity and space utilization to support efficient inventory management.
- Handle urgent replenishment planning and resolve supply exceptions to minimize business disruptions.
- Align supply plans with sales forecasts, launch timelines, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Planning teams to ensure smooth end-to-end supply execution.
- Analyze supply performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Replenishment Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain Operations.
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment planning, and warehouse operations.
- Experience supporting New Product Development (NPD) or product launch planning is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business demand into actionable supply plans.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and planning tools (Excel is required; SAP, ERP systems, or planning systems are a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
