Job Description

Position Objective: responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing livestream events to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to viewership, audience growth, and sales.

Live Streaming Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy for livestreaming activities, aligning it with the overall marketing and business goals of the organization.

Strategize ways to engage the audience during livestreams, fostering interaction, and building a community around the brand.

Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams to plan livestreaming content that aligns with the brand's messaging and objectives.

Stay updated on livestreaming platforms features, trends, and algorithms. Optimize livestreaming content for different platforms and audiences.

Live Streaming Budget and Performance Management:

Manage budgets associated with livestreaming campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

Analyze data and performance metrics related to livestreaming activities to evaluate the success of campaigns. Use insights to make data-driven decisions for future livestreaming initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align livestreaming efforts with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.

Ensure that livestreaming content aligns with the brand's visual identity, tone, and messaging, maintaining consistency across all platforms and campaigns.

Live Streaming Promotion & Communication:

Develop livestreaming promotional strategies to increase visibility and reach for livestreaming events. This may involve utilizing social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote upcoming livestreams.

Identify and negotiate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, live streamers, and other brands to enhance the livestreaming content and reach a broader audience.

Livestream Crisis Management:

Develop strategies for handling potential issues or crises that may arise during livestreaming events. This includes being prepared to address technical glitches, negative comments, or other challenges.

Short Video Production:

Create engaging and impactful short-form video content which involves planning, shooting, and editing videos for various platforms, ensuring they align with the brand's message and marketing objectives. Optimize video content for different platforms, considering aspect ratios and engagement tactics.

Requirement:

Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English speaking is a requirement for this role.

Without or with work experience, ideally in e-Commerce or high-growth industries livestream experience is preferred and and experience with platforms such as TikTok/Facebook/Instagram/Lazada/Shopee would be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess a fun, energetic, and confident personality.

Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to interpret livestreaming data and analytics to identify trends, assess performance, and make data driven decisions.

Proficient in analysing ROI for livestreaming campaigns and making recommendations for optimization.

Skill in aligning livestreaming KPIs with overall business goals and marketing objectives.

Interpersonal Skills:

Must be a committed and goal orientation individual

Strong on-camera presence and effective communication skills

Proficiency in livestreaming platforms and associated tools.

Technical proficiency in video and audio equipment setup.

Knowledge of social media platforms, community building, and audience engagement

Adaptability to changing trends in livestreaming.

Additional Skills:

MS Office: To demonstrates high proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.

Short Video Production: To demonstrates high proficiency in creating engaging and shareable short videos.
