Job Description

As theprimary point of contact on the site, the ideal candidate will have experience tooversee all aspects of hospitality and workplace experience services, includingfront-of-the-house services, facilities management, F&B, visitormanagement, meeting and event planning, community events program, training anddevelopment, client and stakeholder management, financial responsibility,recruitment and selection.

OperationalLeadership

Essential Duties andResponsibilities

  • Strategic andoperational leader, driving all FM and Workplace Experience teams &programs, ensuring smooth operations and truly exceptional service delivery.
  • Direct other departmentheads to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee and colleaguesatisfaction.
  • Builds a cohesive,diverse team dedicated to ongoing improvement of business operations.
  • Creates, communicates,and monitors the vision, mission, strategy, objectives, business plan, budget,policies and operating plans for assigned responsibilities and leads withempathy.
  • Serves as a changeagent for business improvements.
  • Develops buy-in andsupport for new initiatives and processes working with senior executivestakeholders.
  • Provides effectivepresentations to regional and global leadership, employees, prospects/clients.
  • Engages in otheroutside activities consistent with the company's and the client'sresponsibilities to the community and the industry.
  • Leads by example toearn respect and trust of peers, employees, and clients.
  • Clearly supportsothers by providing honest, open, two-way communication.
  • Implements ordirects the implementation of programs that meet corporate goals andobjectives.
  • Foster a culture ofteamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement among team members.

Colleague/GuestExperience

  • Ensure that all colleague/visitors receivepersonalized and exceptional service throughout their stay in all workplaces.
  • Monitor colleague feedback and reviews,promptly addressing any concerns and implementing measures to enhance colleaguesatisfaction.

Financial Management

  • Prepares short andlong-range strategic plans, priorities, objectives, and the annual budgets.
  • Responsible formeeting the financial goals and expense management for assigned areas.
  • Possess advancedfinancial skills and knowledge to review the complex financial reports preparedby others and to make recommendations to executives that impact the line ofbusiness.
  • Effectivelyunderstands and oversees financial accounting and reporting, identifyingmid-year trends and reforecasting as indicated.
  • Has account wideKPI accountability and leadership to foster successful outcomes.

Facilities Management

  • supports all property facilitiesmanagement functions, including maintenance works, repairs, vendor management,and space planning.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safetyregulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Staff Development And Training

  • Support the recruitment, selection, andonboarding of key managerial positions and oversee the talent acquisitionprocess.
  • Provides for the effective recruitment,selection, performance management, development, and retention of high calibremanagement staff to carry out the organization's mission.
  • Guides staff in strengthening theircompetencies.
  • Implements a career development andsuccession plan, along with an effective retention program for key personnel,while creating a more diverse organization.
  • Recognizes expertise and empowers peers andemployees to build a dynamic team that is viewed by others as highlyproductive, capable and the best in the industry.
  • Supports a healthy balance between work andlifestyle.
  • Develop and implement training anddevelopment programs for all workplace teams to enhance skills, knowledge, andperformance.

Food & Beverage Management

  • Provides oversightand thoughtful management of all 3rd party Food & Beveragevendors partners, including Employee meal programs, conference, meetings andevents management.
  • Specializedknowledge of highest recognized industry standards for Food Safety, Sanitation,and compliance.
  • Assurance of forward thinking and innovativepartnerships to incorporate industry trends.

Quality Assuranceand Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all local, state regulations,as well as brand standards and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits tomaintain high-quality standards throughout the workplaces.
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety teamto implement corrective actions and ensure adherence to established standards.

Client AndStakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships withclients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring theirsatisfaction.
  • Proactively communicate with clients andstakeholders to address concerns, gather feedback, and identify opportunitiesfor improvement.

Crisis Managementand Security

  • Follow and implement emergency response plansand procedures to ensure the safety and security of your team members, visitors,and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with relevant service lines toconduct regular security assessments and training programs.
  • Coordinate with external agencies andauthorities in case of emergencies or security incidents.

Meeting And EventsPlanning

  • Oversee the planning and execution ofinternal meetings and events.
  • and interests of colleagues in their workplace.
  • Incorporateinteractive activities, team-building exercises, and workshops to encourage colleagues'participation and engagement.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of eight (8+) years experience in aleadership role within the hospitality industry or corporate real estateenvironment preferably as a General Manager or Area General Manager of luxuryhospitality brands or high-end corporate environments with a strong focus onstrong guest services / visitor experience / facilities management, and eventmanagement
  • Bachelor's degreeor master's degree, preferably in hospitality.
  • Proven track recordof successful hotel operations management, including rooms division, food andbeverage, engineering, and guest services.
  • Excellentleadership abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developingteams.
  • Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interacteffectively with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strongunderstanding of luxury hospitality trends, guest expectations, and marketdynamics.
  • Ability to thrivein a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while maintaining composure andprofessionalism.

Safety

  • Complete at asatisfactory level all required and assigned HSE training.
  • Follow all activitypolicies and procedures, including all HSE related requirements at all times.
  • Participate in allHSE related programs & activities as required, including incidentinvestigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc.
  • Report anycondition which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stopwork if required.
