Job Description

Job Purpose

Manage daily kiosk operations, including preparing drinks and food, handling stock, maintaining cleanliness, and providing good customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the kiosk daily
  • Prepare and serve beverages using a coffee machine
  • Handle ready-to-eat food such as pastries, sandwiches, and kuih
  • Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and replenish supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Assist customers and handle feedback professionally
  • Manage vending machines, including stock and maintenance
  • Support setup and operations of new kiosk outlets
  • Handle daily cash collection, payments, and basic reporting
  • Keep sales and inventory records updated
  • Coordinate with suppliers and management for smooth operations
  • Ensure equipment is working properly and report issues
  • Support improvements in customer service and sales

  • Requirements

    • 2–3 years experience in café or F&B operations
    • Basic barista skills (semi-automatic coffee machine preferred)
    • Experience in stock and outlet operations
    • Good communication skills in English and BM (Mandarin is a plus)
