Job Description- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To hire, train, schedule, evaluate, discipline, motivate and coach employees.
2) To make sure the SOP for the kitchen is in place and verify that staff is following the standard.
3) To assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, plating and delivery.
4) To streamline the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
5) To verify schedules for all kitchen staff.
6) To manage inventory so that all necessary ingredients are adequately stocked.
7) To maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and regulations.
8) To monitor the finished product quality, food preparation speed, quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
9) Any ad-hoc duties as required by the Management.
1) Candidate possesses at least PMR/SPM.
