Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven KOL & Affiliate Partnership Executive to develop and manage affiliate, KOL, and business partnership channels. This role is responsible for sourcing quality KOLs, influencers, IBs, and affiliates to increase brand exposure, user acquisition, deposit conversion, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and manage KOLs, influencers, affiliates, IBs, and business partners
- Identify suitable marketing channels and partnership opportunities to boost brand awareness and user growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive user registration, deposits, and trading activities
- Manage partnership performance and optimize conversion strategies to improve results
- Handle partnership discussions, commission structures, promotional plans, and business negotiations
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, and Design teams to execute campaigns effectively
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities
- Track campaign performance, partnership results, and prepare regular reports
- Support branding, promotional events, and online/offline marketing activities when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnership, Business Development, or KOL Marketing
- Experience in CFD, Forex, Crypto, FinTech, Web3, or online marketing industry is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience sourcing and managing KOLs / influencers is an advantage
- Familiar with CPA, Revenue Share, affiliate commission structures, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Performance-driven mindset with strong interest in commission and growth-based environments
- Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Telegram, Xiaohongshu, etc.
- Strong execution skills and ability to work independently
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking partners and markets
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing KOL, affiliate, or IB network is a plus
- Experience driving deposit conversion and user acquisition campaigns
- Experience handling regional or overseas partnership projects is an advantage
