What is a KOL Strategy & Analysis Intern

• A KOL Strategy & Analysis Intern supports the planning, development, and optimisation of content ideas for influencer marketing campaigns across multiple social media platforms. This role also provides exposure to content strategy Ideation & campaign reporting, helping interns understand how content performance is tracked, analysed, and translated into strategic learnings. As a Content Strategy Intern, you will work closely with strategists and campaign teams to translate brand objectives into clear content directions, creative hooks, and storytelling angles, while supporting content performance reporting and data transfers across internal tools and documents.

The Primary Responsibilities of a KOL Strategy & Analysis Intern:

Help craft content strategyideas and turncampaign data into meaningful insights reports.

• Assist in developing content strategies and creative directions for influencer marketing campaigns
• Research social media trends, viral formats, and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, XHS, etc.)
• Support campaign reporting, including compiling content performance data and organising reports
• Assist with data transferring and data hygiene, ensuring campaign data is accurately updated across internal trackers, sheets, and reporting tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content strategies and reports are clear, accurate, and aligned

A KOL Strategy & Analysis Intern is an entry-level position that assists content marketing and strategy teams in executing a company's content plan. This role focuses on KOL Strategy, content Ideation, content optimization, analytics, and reporting.

The Ideal Candidate's Experience:

• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, XHS and other emerging platforms.
• Strong attention to detail with a basic understanding of content & digital marketing
• Ability to work independently while managing tasks responsibly
• Possesses clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
