Job Title: Korean Marketing & Admissions Liaison Officer
Location: Epsom College Malaysia, Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Admissions
The Korean Marketing & Admissions Liaison Officer is a trusted extension of the Marketing and Admissions function, responsible for nurturing meaningful relationships with Korean families and stakeholders. The role supports the College's premium positioning by ensuring that communications, admissions guidance, and community engagement are delivered with cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and brand integrity. The officer will operate as a relationship continuity specialist, supporting the Korean market recruitment journey from initial enquiry through to onboarding, under the strategic direction of the Director of Marketing and Admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Enrolment & Admissions Support
- Support the Korean family admissions journey by providing clear, culturally informed communication from enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding stages.
- Assist in coordinating consultations, campus visits, and information sessions for Korean prospective families.
- Provide culturally sensitive Korean language support during parent interactions, ensuring institutional messaging remains consistent with College standards.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of prospective student data to support market insight and enrolment planning
Marketing & Brand Advocacy
- Operate within the College's approved marketing framework to support targeted outreach to the Korean market.
- Assist in the execution of recruitment events, webinars, and information sessions tailored to Korean families.
- Monitor feedback and community sentiment within the Korean market and report emerging insights to the Director.
- Protect and promote the College's reputation by ensuring all outward-facing communication reflects institutional values.
Stakeholder Liaison & Community Engagement
- Build and maintain respectful, long-term relationships with Korean educational consultants, agencies, and community stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary communication support contact for Korean families, providing guidance and ensuring enquiries are appropriately resolved or escalated.
- Demonstrate high levels of discretion when handling sensitive family or student information.
- Escalate complex academic, financial, or welfare-related matters to senior leadership when required.
Operational Excellence & Brand Protection
- Follow approved communication guidelines when engaging with parents and stakeholders.
- Avoid making commitments outside authorized institutional policy.
- Support event logistics and coordination to ensure professional delivery standards.
- Provide proactive updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure continuity of communication.
Other Duties
- Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by College leadership to support marketing, admissions, or community engagement objectives.
Professional Requirements:
Education
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized international institution is essential.
- Qualifications in Communications, Business, Marketing, or Education are highly desirable.
Language Proficiency
- Native Korean language proficiency is essential.
- Full professional fluency in English is required.
- Additional proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage.
Professional Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, admissions, public relations, client relationship management, or a similar high-touch professional role.
- Experience within international education, premium service environments, or high-end corporate or agency settings is highly preferred.
