By joining the Corporate Finance team, you will be part of a dynamic, analytical, and highly collaborative environment that plays a critical role in shaping major financial and strategic decisions across diverse industries.

  • Exposure to high-impact, strategic work across M&A, valuation, strategy, and financial modelling.

What can you expect

You will work as part of a team of deal and strategy advisors, supporting client objectives across valuation, strategy, and deal advisory engagements. For Senior Associates / Assistant Managers:

  • Review quantitative analyses, financial models, valuation models, assumptions, and benchmarking prepared by the team.
  • Lead qualitative assessments including industry outlook, market dynamics, risk analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation.
  • Provide strategic guidance on deal and valuation methodologies, feasibility assessments, and investment considerations.
  • Support Directors/Partners in designing advisory solutions and structuring complex transactions.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, stakeholder engagement, and overall project delivery.
  • Lead report preparation, technical reviews, and presentation of deliverables.
  • Participate in pitches and contribute to business development initiatives.

How will you make your mark

You will make a meaningful impact by:
