Our multidisciplinary Deals Advisory function integrates capabilities across Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, and Corporate Restructuring, enabling us to deliver comprehensive, insight‑driven advice to private and public sector organizations, financial institutions, investors, and government‑linked entities.

What can you expect
During your internship, you will be part of a professional team delivering high-quality due diligence work. You will gain hands-on exposure in areas such as:
- Financial Due Diligence Support: Participate as part of the engagement team supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions, analysing financial statements, and assisting in identifying key performance drivers and risk areas.
- Accounting and Analytical Skill Development: Strengthen your understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and analytical methodologies used in M&A transactions.

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking passionate, driven, and analytical individuals eager to learn about financial due diligence and the world of transactions.
- Undergraduates who have completed at least two (2) years of their Accounting or Finance degree.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Strong interest in accounting, financial analysis, and transaction advisory.
- Able to commit to a minimum 12-week internship placement.
