Our work spans three core capabilities:
- Infrastructure, Strategy & Operations (ISO) – helping organizations optimize processes, enhance operational efficiency, manage risks, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Financial Management (FM) – enabling finance transformation through enterprise performance management, finance strategy, shared services, digital enablement, and Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) implementation.
- People & Change (P&C) – supporting HR strategy, organization design, change management, performance management, and workforce transformation.

What can you expect
As an intern, you will be placed into one of the three streams—ISO, Financial Management, or People & Change—based on your academic background and interests. Across all tracks, you will gain hands-on consulting experience while supporting a variety of project activities.
Infrastructure, Strategy & Operations (ISO)
- Assist engagement teams in delivering advisory services across various industries.
- Support in business report writing, slide preparation, proposals, and sales pitches.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client discussions and project delivery activities alongside consultants.
Financial Management (FM)
- Support MBRS implementation projects and finance transformation initiatives.
- Assist engagement teams in financial process assessments, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide support in preparing deliverables and maintaining project materials.
- Gain exposure to enterprise performance management, finance operations, and data/reporting processes.
People & Change (P&C)
- Assist in preparing client proposals, organizational assessments, and presentation materials.
- Conduct diagnostic analysis and research across HR strategy, organization design, change management, performance management, compensation, workforce productivity, and HR best practices.
- Participate in workshops, interviews, and project team discussions.
- Support HR transformation activities and ad hoc team tasks.

Who We're Looking For
We seek motivated, analytical, and team-oriented students who are passionate about consulting and business transformation.
- Undergraduates who have completed at least two (2) years of their degree.
- Strong command of English (oral and written).
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Strong track record in extracurricular and leadership activities.
- Minimum internship duration: 3 months.
Field-Specific Preferences
- ISO: Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Political Science, or related fields.
- Financial Management: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
- People & Change: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
